Proefnotitie
De '3015' toont een stralende lila-rode kleur in het glas. In de neus gaan bloemige accenten samen met aangename aroma's van rood en zwart fruit. Op de tong onthult hij behoorlijk rijpe donkere bessen, begeleid door een zachte kern van bramen. De rijpe tannines geven de wijn volheid en een rijk karakter, waardoor een intens en diep aroma ontstaat.

Deep ruby to the eye, this wine has a nose of black cherry, butterscotch and dried Mediterranean herbs. It is bright at first sip, with flavors of cherry and pomegranate that are quickly joined by silky tannins and notes of dark chocolate, violet, fennel pollen and tarragon. Pleasing notes of herbs and flowers make it long past the finish line.

De wijn
De monastrell-druiven worden in september met de hand geplukt en in de tweede week van oktober verwerkt. De wijnbereiding wordt uitgevoerd volgens biologische standaarden. De wijn heeft een alcoholpercentage van 14% en is vegan.
